Decimal Delivery & Shipping Info

Click & Collect

You can collect your order directly from our Cirencester store:

  • Days available: Wednesday – Sunday
  • Times: During store opening hours

We’ll email you once your order is ready to collect — please bring your confirmation email or ID when you come in.

UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 1 working day (Wednesday–Sunday). You’ll get tracking once it’s shipped.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: £3.95 — usually 1–2 working days
  • Next Day: £5.95
  • Skateboards: £4.95 (tracked service)

Free UK delivery on all orders over £70.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. Once we hand your parcel over to the delivery courier, it’s in their system — delays can happen, but we’ll always help if your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged. Just drop us an email at contact@decimalstore.com.

European Shipping

We ship across Europe using trusted courier partners. Orders usually arrive in 2–6 working days.

  • Flat rate: £25
  • Skateboard shipping: £40

Local taxes or import duties may apply depending on your country — these are the buyer’s responsibility.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide with reliable couriers. Most international orders arrive within 2–6 working days.

  • Flat rate: £30
  • Skateboard shipping: £50

Please note that any customs fees, import duties, or taxes ARE included in our prices.

  • Tracking info is sent automatically once your order leaves us.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days (UK) or 14 working days (international), please get in touch.

Decimal Returns & Exchange Policy

Online Orders

We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not totally happy with your order, you can send it back within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s in the same condition you received it.

How to return

  1. Repack your item securely and include the original packing slip.
  2. Post it to:

Give us a quick heads-up at contact@decimalstore.com so we can help and expect your parcel.

  • You cover return postage (unless we sent the wrong item or it’s faulty). Use a tracked service.
  • Refunds go to the original payment method once the return is received and checked.
  • Sale / clearance items: not returnable for change-of-mind beyond your legal rights (see below). Faulty? You’re covered.
Legal note (UK online orders): Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel most online purchases for any reason (this generally includes sale items), and a further 14 days to return once you’ve told us. Our 30-day window is our goodwill policy on top of your legal rights. Exclusions apply for certain items (e.g. personalised goods or items unreturnable for hygiene reasons if unsealed).

In-Store Purchases

You can see it, try it on, even get it fitted — so we don’t offer refunds on in-store purchases unless the item is faulty.

Changed your mind? Bring it back within 30 days in the condition received for:

  • An exchange, or
  • A Decimal credit note valid for 3 years.

(This has been our approach for 20+ years and is displayed at the till.)

Faulty Items & Your Rights

If something arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email contact@decimalstore.com with your order number and photos (if helpful) and we’ll sort it.

This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
