Decimal has been part of Cirencester skateboarding since 2005. Here's some of what we've done beyond the shop floor.
Carhartt WIP x Decimal
To mark our 10th anniversary, and again for our 20th in 2025, we teamed up with Carhartt WIP on collaboration pieces, including the Carhartt WIP x Decimal 20 Years skateboard.

Corinium – the Decimal video
Corinium, named after Cirencester's Roman name, is a full-length Decimal skate video made with Bristol filmmaker James Harris to celebrate the shop's 16th year. Filmed between 2020 and 2021, it premiered in December 2021 at The Cube in Bristol, with the Decimal crew including Callum Croft, Ty Sackey, Chris Jenkyn-Watkins, Ed Russell, Scott Whittaker, Ollie Trott, Andy Coleman, Tom Gill and Gaz himself.

The people
Andy Goldsmith
Andy drew the original Decimal logo. Growing up in Coventry, Gaz stayed with Andy, and a lot of Decimal's honest, grounded outlook comes from that time. Andy now runs Valentine's Tattoo Studio in Leamington Spa (@goldsmithtattoo). A forever inspiration.
Ed Russell – Ed Poster
Decimal OG, still skating and part of Corinium. Ed is a prolific Swindon graffiti artist working as Ed Poster, and made bespoke skateboards for Decimal's 15th anniversary.
Alexander Maw
Calligrapher, artist and antique dealer who has made artwork for Decimal over the years. See his work at @alexandermaw and his antiques at Alexander Maw Antiques.
Cirencester Skatepark
When Decimal opened there was nowhere proper to skate in town. Within the first year Gaz helped get a metal park put in, then spent the next ten years campaigning for a real skatepark. In summer 2014 Cirencester Skatepark opened at Kingshill Sports Field (GL7 1HS), built by Line Skateparks after years of pushing from Gaz and the local scene. It's free to skate.
Scratch & Skate
Every summer Decimal runs its Scratch & Skate day at the park: skateboarding, music and a BBQ, with random challenges like tricks in flip flops, the Vans Big Shoe challenge, a death race and product tosses. The 2017 edition, our eleventh skate day, drew over 300 people.
